Domestic Deliveries within Australia

Tokyn uses Australia Post Express (1-2 business days*) for all domestic deliveries.

Tracking via web or telephone is available online at

All orders placed will be dispatched either same day or following business day once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Tokyn is unable to reroute packages.

 

International Deliveries

Tokyn uses Australia Post Registered/EMS (7-14 business days*) for all international deliveries.

Tracking is available via telephone only, unless otherwise specified via personal email.

Once goods have left Australia, please allow for sufficient transit time before contacting the destination country’s local post office.

Australian goods & services tax (GST) will be automatically deducted at checkout for items shipped internationally.

Tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government in the destination country on top of Tokyn’s shipping amount. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client and is not included in Tokyn’s shipping cost.

Items will be shipped from Sydney, Australia with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in AUS dollars.

*Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only for all major cities and do not take into account possible delays due to the Postal Service’s variable delivery times, transit disruptions or public holidays.
