Tokyn Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise in original new condition with all tags attached may be exchanged or returned. Tokyn reserves the right to deny anyexchanges or refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
PLEASE NOTE: All SALE items are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. This policy is non-negotiable.
Please email email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) within 7 days of receiving your item. Please indicate the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or a refund. Goods must arrive at Tokyn within 14 days from date you have received your RA number. We are unable to process your return outside of these timeframes.
For International purchases please clearly mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’, when sending items back. Tokyn is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Clients are responsible for the return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on behalf of Tokyn or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs.
Return shipping must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Tokyn will take no responsibility for lost items by the fault of the shipping or postal company.
Refunds will be processed less shipping and duties as soon as possible however please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Credits will be provided for exchanges via a Credit Voucher code which will be issued once return has been approved for credit. This voucher code is redeemable for 6 months after issue on the webstore.
Tokyn will accept exchanges should you change your mind about your item. The terms and conditions for an exchange apply as stated in ‘Returns’.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are unable to be refunded, however shipping for the exchanged item is FREE for orders within Australia only.

How to Return or Exchange
Upon receiving the package, you will find enclosed your purchase, invoice and a Returns Authorisation Form. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item it must be returned with the Returns Form and the invoice that comes with your purchase.
